2. Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on a self-managed server. When you visit any page, the web server automatically records standard access log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, requested resource, and timestamp. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and technical administration and are deleted on a rolling basis. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in securing the service).

3. No Cookies, No Third-Party Services

This site sets no cookies of any kind and embeds no third-party services: no tracking pixels, no advertising, no external fonts, no CDN. Fonts, icons, stylesheets, scripts, and images are all served from this domain. Nothing is stored on or read from your device, which is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

4. Analytics

Page views are counted with Umami, which runs on my own server in Germany. No third party receives the numbers, and no data is sold, shared, or combined with anything else.

What is recorded: the page you opened, the referring page, browser, operating system, approximate screen size, language, and country. Your IP address is used to derive the country and is not stored. There are no cookies, no device fingerprint, and no cross-site or cross-device recognition, so the result is a set of numbers rather than a set of people. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in knowing whether this site is read at all); processing does not involve access to information stored on your device under § 25 TDDDG, so no consent is required.

The measurement script is loaded from stats.hzwd.xyz, which is reachable through Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, acting as a processor for delivery and attack protection. To opt out, block the script with any content blocker; the site works exactly the same without it.

5. Contact via Email

If you send an email to any address listed on this site, your message and email address will be processed solely to answer your enquiry and retained only as long as necessary. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to messages).

6. Contact Form

The contact form on the /kontakt page generates a mailto: link entirely in your browser. No form data is transmitted to this server or any third party. Your mail client sends the resulting email directly.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15-22)

You have the right to:
